National Museum Cardiff, Wales

The National Museum in Cardiff is an art gallery and musuem charting Wales' history. The museum is home to the Welsh national collection of fine art and applied art as well as European art by famous artists like Monet, Van Gogh, Renoir and Cezanne.

The national museum is not just an art gallery, it also has displays on archeology, natural history and geology. Visitors will find an amazing collection of natural history and science displays from the big bang theory up to present day Wales. There are also exhibitions, lunchtime talks and family activities that change on a regular basis, details can be found on the website.
