Minicarlo - A Lowestoft Sidewinder, Suffolk
Mincarlo is the last surviving sidewinder fishing trawler of the Lowestoft fishing fleet. She is also the last surviving fishing vessel built in Lowestoft, with an engine made in the town.
The Mincarlo is the last of her kind, a floating tribute to the men who braved the North Sea to provide our fish.
Opening Times
August and September.
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.
Opening is from 10am through 4pm subject to volunteer availability and weather. Last entry is at 3:30pm.
