INTECH Science Centre and Planetarium is a hands-on interactive science and technology centre and the UK's largest capacity digital Planetarium.

The museum features 100 interactive exhibits, which demonstrate the science and technology of the world around us in an engaging and exciting way. It has been created to bring to life the worlds of science, technology, engineering and mathematics.

The Astrium Planetarium is a digital state-of-the-art theatre with a variety of shows to suit all interests. It has an enormous domed screen , so visitors can relax back into their seats and lose themselves in a a black hole. It is a fantastic shared experience that will have children reaching their hands up to touch the stars as they fly by.

The museum hosts a number of special events throughout the year. There is a cafe serving hot and cold meals and snacks. There is an outside picnic area (with tables) accessed from the cafe.
